11+ Tuition Foundation and exam preparation for Year 4 and Year 5 pupils.

• Lessons are sold in fixed blocks: a 2-lesson Starter Block for £50 GBP or a 4-lesson block for £100 GBP.
• Classes are open to pupils in Years 4 and 5 and have a maximum class size of 12 pupils.
• Parents choose either the 10:00–11:30 am class or the 11:30 am–1:00 pm class. The chosen time is reserved for the full block.
• Class times cannot be changed from week to week. Any exceptional change is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
• A place is confirmed when payment has been received and we issue booking confirmation.
• If a pupil misses a scheduled lesson, that lesson is not normally transferable or refundable, subject always to statutory rights and any exceptional circumstances we agree in writing.
• Tuition supports preparation and skill development but no particular examination result or school place is guaranteed.

Statutory cooling-off rights. For most service contracts made online, by email or by telephone, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after the contract is made.

If you expressly ask us to begin providing tuition during that cancellation period and later cancel, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided. Your statutory rights are not affected.

After any statutory cancellation period has expired, please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel. Any deduction from a refund will be limited to reasonable losses actually arising from the cancellation. Where we can reallocate the place, that will be taken into account.

If we cancel a lesson and cannot provide a suitable replacement, we will offer a refund for the affected lesson or another agreed arrangement.

REDBRIDGE 11 PLUS TUITION LIMITED is responsible for the personal information it collects for tuition administration.

We may collect parent/guardian contact details, booking information, limited pupil information needed to provide tuition, attendance information and payment records. We use this information to administer bookings, deliver tuition, communicate with families, meet legal obligations and manage the business.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers where necessary to operate the business, including payment processors. Card payments made through Stripe are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, tax and record-keeping requirements.
